Our general terms and sales conditions
ARCTIC Aventure is a Canadian corporation that is governed by Canadian law. It is registered in Saint Jérôme, Quebec, under the number 9329-8974 Québec Inc.
A) Responsability
Operating a snowmobile requires an awareness of the risks involved. Participation in one of our packages commits our clients to waiving all recourse against ARCTIC AVENTURE and its guides.
A security deposit of $2,500 + tax will be required by Visa or Mastercard before you are given the snowmobile (you must check your spending limit/authorization with your bank). This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your activity, less any costs incurred on equipment or the snowmobile, up to a maximum of $2,500 + tax CAD. Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old. Learner’s permits are not accepted.
ARCTIC AVENTURE reserves the right to withdraw the use of its snowmobile from any participant who does not respect basic safety rules or whose driving endangers people or property. This measure will not result in any refund or other compensation.
It is strictly forbidden to consume drugs or alcohol before or during a snowmobile or dogsledding activity. For safety reasons, we do not accept pregnant women for either activity.
